For sale BMW G450X ('59 Plate)

BMW G450X ('59 Plate)
Ex off-road skills bike. 2 previous owners.
Overall in excellent condition long MOT and Tax.
Touratech - brush guards and Tail pack, Kriega haul loop and neoprene fork protectors.
Pivot Pegz, Optimate charge point, spare panel for left side (current one scuffed). Renthal grips (not shown)
Photo is recent but some use since then but good reflection of overall condition.

The bike is showing 14 hours use but the clocks were replaced under warranty. Wheels etc all show little wear but dents in exhaust and radiator.
Bike requires some work - replace head shock bearings and reposition radiator as rubbing on fork clamp. Rare bike in good condition.

Are you selling to change bike or leaving the fold? You seemed pretty comfortable with the bike after that run a month or so ago (when the battery was cooperating!).

Changing for something lighter. My back does not cope well picking it up. Looking for a nice little KTM (freeride or 200exc).

Only hear bad things about the Freeride and the 200 isn`t everyones cup of tea, a 125 on steroids,very buzzy and light. You might be better of with a 250 excf as you are coming from a 4 stroke.

I'd be interested to hear what you have hear about the freeride, all the reviews etc, seem good and some youtube stuff from owners seems very positive.

Go onto the KTM forum and read the comments and problems. It seems that if you pay £6500 for the bike and then another £2000 for the mods to get it right you have yourself a great little bike........................

A friend of mine bought one did all the mods and still didn`t like it.
