At this stage I'm not prepared to publish the exchange of emails between me and the host.
But long story short, when ordering a server and a backup server, do not assume the seller will treat the backup server as a backup. Ask explicitly for it to run on separate hardware (or node) of the server it's backing up. Otherwise when one dies they both die.
In the extremely unlikely event that it's a worst case scenario when they go offline, for the first time since purchase, with a HDD fail & RAID error corrupting partitions: you lose.

Yes, thanks again and don't worry, I will register as many times as required to keep on reading you... but what I am relly looking forward is to passing my test next week and get a proper bike with proper tyres to go out for a ride with you!
