Newbie from worcester park

Hi there recently got back into biking after a 20 odd year lay off used to do a bit of green laning in the mid eighties on a kmx 125 and used to absolutely love it but not too sure where the best lanes are now . I know it's not the ideal choice of bike but currently ride an xt600 and would be grateful for and tips and advice thanks
