'ello all.

Mark here. From Sunbury on Thames (although more like under Thames in parts). I've just joined the TRF today after having just put the deposit down on my first trail bike. [KTM 690 Enduro R ... been after one for the last two years, but they're as difficult to get your hands on as rocking-horse poo].

I've been riding road bikes for years, and try to go away on an off-road jaunt in foreign climes every year (Mongolia coming up this summer), but never, until now, had my own trailie here in the UK (so the only UK based riding I've done is when on training days).

I pick the bike up (hopefully) mid-end March so looking forward to getting it prepped and out on a run with you all.

I won't be able to make the February meet next week, but I'll try to get down to Woking for the March one all being well, so I can introduce myself in person.

Thanks all. @Sporadic-Kit ... certainly up for travelling down to the March meet with you ... although my current client is trying to get me to go on-site during the latter parts of March/April (they're based in Switzerland) ... so will need to let you know sooner to the date whether I'll be around or not after all.
